60ml Balvenie DoubleWood 12
30ml Fresh lemon juice
22ml Split of ginger & honey Syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to tin, then add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
Strain onto ice in a rocks glass
Use an atomiser to spritz The Balvenie Peat Week 12 on top of glass
