The last few weeks have been brutal for many, with plans for Christmas and New Year with friends and family cancelled and schools closing in the UK on top of a cold, lonely winter. The temptation to give into anxiety and depression is strong. Having both felt the spike of exhaustion and sadness in December, we (Helena and Aidy) had a chat about how we were going to get through the next few months of 2021 based on what we’d been reading and listening to. There was a goldmine of information in what we’d discovered, so we decided to share our learnings with each other and our audiences.
