Pineapple 43

Ingredients
35ml Licor 43 (2 parts / 1⅓oz)
50ml semi-skimmed milk (3 parts / 1¾oz)
3 large pieces of fresh pineapple
1 piece of dried pineapple, to garnish

Method
Remove the peel from the pineapple pieces and add to a shaker.
Crush the pineapple chunks in the bottom of the shaker to release the juice.
Add the milk and Licor 43 to the pineapple and shake well until cold and mixed thoroughly.
Pour everything into your glass.
Garnish with the dried pineapple to finish.

Super quick, super easy, super tasty. This DIY dream takes all of about 2 minutes to shake up and is a total crowd pleaser. It also makes you look sophisticated. In fact, the hardest part is finely slicing the lime, so make sure you practiced that part before so you look impressive.

Here you can expect something which is kind of like a hybrid between a Daiquiri, a Sour and a Ricky. You’re welcome.

Ingredients (Makes 1)
50 ml Plymouth Gin Navy Strength
25 ml fresh lime juice
15ml sugar or syrup
Garnish with a thin slice of lime

Method
Shake hard with ice and serve straight up or on the rocks.


Pink Cow & Tonic

Ingredients
50ml Black Cow
Angostura aromatic bitters
Tonic water
Squeeze of lemon juice
Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange

Method
Pour Black Cow and a good dash of Angostura into an ice filled glass. 
Top with tonic and a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with a slice of lemon. 


Rosé and Grapefruit Sparkle

It’s no secret we’re fans of Mirabeau, which is why we were extra delighted to discover a cocktail using their signature sparkling rosé La Folie. All you need is a bottle of this Provençal dream, your favourite gin and a grapefruit.

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 shots (60ml) gin
2 shots (60ml) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
4 shots (120ml) of our sparkling rosé La Folie
Ice cubes


Method:

  1. In a shaker, shake together gin, grapefruit juice and a handful of ice cubes.

  2. Rim the cocktail glasses with sugar (optional). Pour the grapefruit mixture through a sieve directly in the glasses.

  3. Top up the glasses with La Folie.

  4. Serve right away with a a sprig of lavender or rosemary!
