Harmonious notes of vanilla, black plum and creamy oak flow from the glass with flavours of baking spices, cloves and cinnamon. There’s sensuous dark fruit that lingers with notes of liquorice and cherry cola finding their way into the mix as the wine evolves in the glass. On the palate, a mouth-watering acidity, with pronounced flavours of ripe plums, strawberries and black cherries. An underlying smokiness wraps itself around the tongue as cocoa, vanilla and sweet tobacco are bound together with a black pepper finish.
